Getting from Logan Airport to Provincetown (Cape Cod) Advice
I had a previous thread on here about things to do in the Boston, etc. area while we are up there for a wedding. And I thank all for your responses.
Now, I have a bit more practical question. Mrs. A and I will be arriving at Logan Airport at 8:00AM on a Wednesday morning. We need to get to Provincetown. We need to be there that evening for a wedding rehearsal dinner, but would like to get there as soon as possible so that we can spend some time in Provincetown that day. I have other friends coming to the wedding arriving later who will be renting a van. We are going to hook up with them, so we don't really want to rent a car if we can help it. So, what we would really like to do is to be able to take public transportation from the airport to a ferry going to Provincetown. Then take the ferry to Provincetown. Then take a taxi from the harbor to our hotel. All the while carrying some luggage. Is that possible? If so, any hints/tips? If not, what would be the best/cheapest/easiest way from the airport to Provincetown? Much thanks in advance. |
