Running multiple "boxes" means to simultaneously play multiple characters on the same game at the same time. For the beginning dual-boxer, this means running two installations of WoW and alt-tabbing between the two characters (on two different accounts). During my 6 years of playing Everquest and WoW, I have only run across one person who was boxing (2), or at least admitted to it. And he wasn't very good.
