Well, now that Jim Miller's gone...

Whaddya think Da Bears should do / are going to do for a QB?

I just...can't deal with them trying another rookie. It's just gonna be ugly, I know it.

Sign a free agent, draft a QB in the later rounds, and see how he does. Bears have enough trouble than dealing with another McClown.

Draft McClown again. Maybe this time it works out! He'd just about have to be more mature this time!

If I were them I'd go with Leftwich or Palmer (if the Bengals were stupid enough to pass them up).

Palmer...yes (won't happen though). Leftwich...no.

My only reason for not taking Lefwich is I have a bad gut feeling. Too many people want the Bears to take him, and most draft experts have the Bears taking him. He's doomed.

I thinking Kordell's available, as of today.

I don't understand these teams. Let these kids develop. These players who are drafted usually didn't tear it up in their FR and SO years. Look at McNown. Two average years before absolutely amazing JR and SR years. Palmer had 3 very average years before a great SR year...yet these teams who are drafting high because they sucked the year before expect these kids to step in and tear it up from Day 1, with a SH!TTY supporting cast?

McNown was let go because he had poor mechanics and even worse people skills. He didn't have one friend on the team. There wasn't a player on the Bears team who wanted to see him in the huddle, management wasn't left much of a choice but to let him go.
