OT - Hattrick Injuries

What are peoples experiences with injuries in hattrick? I just saw one of my better players go out of the game with a bad foot injury, so of course I'm anxious as to when I might get him back, and whether or not he is likely to lose skills.

Players who are injured lose value, but have no skill loss.

The worst injury I've had took over 2 weeks to recover. If the guys your star, hire a number of doctors. They work magic.

I've had a recent string of injuries, including my starting keeper, wingback, and mifielder. All are healed except for keeper, who has 2 weeks left. Third injury in two weeks that are out for 3 weeks.

My first season, I had my best defender go boom for 8 weeks. I wasn't entirely happy.
