And your MVP is....

Guess who? Ridiculously unanimous too, to no surprise to me.

Ridiculous.

I blame the BCS.

Nice. Especially nice since he got snubbed in the Pro Bowl a few years ago when he caught 100 passes and rushed for 1,645 yards.

Guess who? Ridiculously anonymous too, to no surprise to me.

I demand to know who that stranger is.

Of course, by anonymous I mean unanimous.

Michael David Smith from Football Outsiders (who also happens to be a Pats fan) wrote at article at FOXSports picking Manning as MVP.
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/6316138

Aaron Schatz (also of FO and also a Pats fan) also wrote a bit about Manning's season in the last Quick Reads article at FOXSports.
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/6327158

According to FO stats, Manning this year actually had the best season for a QB in the 10 years they have stats for. There are many reasons the traditional stats don't look as good for him as his 2004 season, but there is an argument that he was better this year.

He still chokes more than Paul Reubens chokes his chicken in an adult theater.
