I really enjoyed the host giving Jimmy Johnson grief about his Fiesta Bowl game against Penn State

Go Boise..

If they give Oklahoma the challenge, that will be horrible. The TE easily had a first down.

I've been a hater, given they came to Laramie and stole a win. But I'll root for them, because I hate the big conference teams...unless we're talking Big East football.

Oklahoma gives Boise State a reality check. I am cheering on the Broncs big time though, so hopefully they can keep the lead and win this thing. Lots of game left.

Emotion usually lasts for about half the first quarter so we will see how Boise State responds. I am really impressed with their defense so far.

According to the Oklahoma Historical Society (OHS), the term Sooners came into use in 1889, after the Unassigned Lands were settled in what was the first of the land runs. It was a derogatory term, used to describe settlers who entered the Unassigned Lands before President Harrison officially proclaimed them open to settlement with the Indian Appropriation Act of 1889.

What was funny was that when it first started, Jimmy Johnson said his comments and then Barry Switzer added on immediately afterwards and continued his train of thought.

And Paul Thompson has just received a lifetime scholarship to Boise St. and free beer at every local bar in the area.

Let's just say that 8/14 for 88 yds, 1 TD & 3 Int's sort of seems, I dunno, familiar to me somehow. But the completion percentage is still a little high.

hmm . . . ou plays two decent teams all year . . . 28-10 loss, and the other is 28-10 right now.

btw, are we going to induct peterson in the overrated hall of fame now, or do we have to wait the 5 years?
