Dola,

How did you search for that? Whenever I've tried to do a search on the archives, it only seems to go back to 2003.

It's a family name. Colonel is my first name. My dad had it, and so did my grandfather. I'm the only one left now though.

That's nothing on my dad's name. Our last name is Roy, and his first name is Hoy.

Hoy Roy. True story.

Just think, so many things were different back then..just 6 years ago!! Music was very different, and no one even knew what 9/11 was.

Did primelord change his name from Rick to Ethan?

Anyway, good read. I missed that, even though I was poking around the 2000/2001 threads yesterday afternoon. I would have been just out of college for less than 6 months, having just joined the forum less than a year ago. Crazy.

Weird. I always thought they were the same guy. Live and learn. Then forget next time it comes up.

Primey got his user title because for a while he was the go-between for Jim and FOFC. He would collect questions/thoughts for Jim, send them to him, and then post Jim's answers...

Yeah, I remember that much, but from that point on, every time I e-mailed support, or heard about someone e-mail support, Ethan Potter kept replying. So I assumed that was primelord. Anyway, the question now is: who the hell is Ethan Potter?

My name is Rick, I'm 22 years old and I guess I could be considered a Mizzou Tiger. I was for a year at least until like SackAttack they asked me to leave due to my not quite up to par GPA . I also had two years at Southwest Missouri State where I didn't fair much better.

LOL. Awesome. It appears I was liar at 22.

For what it is worth I never attended Mizzou. The rest of that is true though.

Yes, I am still on their list of analysts. I never got very interested in contributing to the standard material they publish, but I have written a fair amount (mostly years ago) on strategic issues and the mechanics of non-standard fantasy leagues. If you are a subscriber, there are a fair number of things of mine still offered in the RotoHQ section. In the last coupel of years, I have written an occasional article there, and I do pretty regular work with things like roster analyses and forum responses.
