Suggestions...
Early next year I have a return trip to India for work. The trip will last 6 1/2 weeks and I am looking for ideas for what to install on my work laptop for things to do for my down time. I don't expect this trip to be packed with busy weekends planned for me like the other was as I was there with a director that time and there is absolutely nothing to do in the area we are staying. Because of this I plan on taking advantage of the peace and quiet and relaxing at the house, watching some cricket, reading and playing some games on the laptop.
I installed FOF 2007 on the first trip and will update that before going as one thing to do. I have WSM 2006 on my home PC and may put it on the laptop but I need to find out if the license is like FOF where it is a 2 PC license. I still have no clue how to run a soccer team but I am getting more and more addicted to that game. I thought about maybe WoW but I don't want to go through the patch dance at initial setup and the internet connection isn't reliable enough. I may try EA sport Cricket 2005 and maybe Madden 2007 to take but I don't know how well they would run, but it may be worth a try. Are there any other suggestions on what may work well on a laptop, and for an extended period of time? This will be the trip that will spoil me as I'll be the only one from my office over there with the chef, butler and driver. I will be spoiled getting taken care of that well. Though overall I don't want to have to be away from the kids that long and this wouldn't be my first choice of places to travel. Thanks in advance. |

Porn is always good.
Dawn of War would be good, or Dominions 3. |

I would definitely take a good camera (buy a good digital SLR if you can) for this kind of trip.
For my laptop something like Bejeweled 2 or Bookworm would be good time wasters.
