Funny...although I own two MP3 players, I guess I really am having a hard time getting into this new idea of "songs" taking precedence over albums. I've listened to 6 albums in the past 3 days, but I'll be damned if I can even name one song off of them, let alone pick a favorite. I just listen to albums straight through.

Anything by The Killers, or a song off the new RHCP album that hasn't gotten any radio play yet (at least in ATL), but I've caught the video a few times...Hey There Baby...great song!!!!

I agree. I'll flick my iPod to shuffle mode if I can't think of an album to listen to, but 99.9% of the time I still listen to albums, and also suffer from Cantnamethattrack Syndrome.

Galaxy 68 - DJ Play My Song

Oddly, this one is a lot more "pop" music-y than I tend to listen to, but it's come on my XM on my way home a couple of times lately when I've had a horrible day and it's brightened my mood, so I had to hunt for a copy of it so I could pop it onto my iPod.

I just picked up a couple Highwaymen CD's (That's Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and Kris Kristofferson for the uninitiated), and I find that I really like "Live Forever."
