FOF2k4 Universe set in 1900

I have been "working" on a highly modified playerfile set in the year 1900 and I am making it available to anyone who wants to check it out.

All the birthdates, and everything have been changed so that everyone is the correct age for a 1900 start. This 2100 player file has been pretty much totally modified to create a league with a year 1900 feel to it. Well what I think is a 1900 feel to it how would I really know.

I have had someone I trust check it out for things I may have missed.

Oh I don't post much here, more of a lurker, and yes I did ask before I posted this.

I wonder if one could design offensive game plans that would be fairly strictly in the spirit of the times?
