Questions / answer spread:
1. Name any professional European soccer team.

If I were answering this question, I think I would've gone with Chelsea. And I would've lost right then and there. Only one dissenter in the ranks.

Manchester United - 27
Arsenal - 1

2. How many lines are on a typical business telephone?

I think this is hard not to answer as your phone appears, if you're at a business. Mine has 8, I probably would've said 8. But this had the largest spread of answers.

Two - 8
Four - 7
Three - 4
Five - 3
Ten - 2
Seven - 1
Eight - 1
Nine - 1
Twelve - 1

3. Name any NFL penalty.

Again, a clear winner emerged quickly from all the possibilities. I thought about what my answers would've been beforehand, and I definitely would have missed this one as well.

Holding - 19
False start - 3
Offsides - 3
Pass interference - 2
Unnecessary roughness - 1

4. Name an event in the Winter Olympics.

I would've gone with figure skating. Again, I would've gotten trounced.

Hockey - 18
Figure skating - 4
Skiing - 3
Curling - 2
Luge - 1

5. Aside from winner Brokeback Mountain, which Golden Globe nominated drama has the best chance at winning the Best Picture Oscar: A History of Violence, The Constant Gardener, Good Night and Good Luck, or Match Point?

This was a battle between 2 answers the whole way, but the tried and true method of "pick the first one" didn't quite hold up, as more voters went with the likely favorite... or rather 2nd favorite in the Oscar race, and I finally would've gotten one "right".

Good Night and Good Luck - 14
A History of Violence - 11
The Constant Gardener - 2
Match Point - 1

6. Name a Cincinnati Bengal offensive lineman, past or present.

I had one man in mind when I wrote this question, and he was the clear winner.

Anthony Munoz - 19
Levi Jones - 4
Willie Anderson - 3
Scott Kooistra - 1
Chad Johnson - 1

If you missed any of the #1 answers, I'm afraid you didn't have a shot, as this round's winner nets a perfect score!

Honolulu_Blue, with a 100% score!

H_B benefitted greatly from a couple of late entries that pushed "Two" into the lead on question #2, otherwise we would've had a tie.

Thanks for participating!

Yoo hoo! Damn, I'm good! First time ever playing and I dominate the game. The Butter Man set 'em up and I knock 'em down. I'd like to thank those late entries. Well done, lads.

I think I shall leave work early today and have a celebratory beer.

I never even thought of saying ManU. It was going to be either Arsenal or Chelsea, and I chose Arsenal. Obviously, it didn't matter. Bah.

Does winning this mean that I have to do the next one?

You don't HAVE to do anything, but that is how it has been done in the past, yes.

Gotcha. Well, I like traditions and I'll be damned if I don't take this one up. I reckon it will be easy. I have a ready-made theme... Now, I just need the of the questions.
