Lynn Swann is running for governor?
I know they were saying good bye to him last night, but I assumed he was going to work for a charity or something. I'd never pegged him as a political guy.

I am sure Matt Millen would vote for him.

I thought he was gonna be a priest or something since Muskberger said that Swann was: ''Answering a Higher calling,'' or something like that.

Yeah, that's what confused me. Being governor of Pennsylvania? Sounds more like a curse to me. |

I'll probably vote for him, anyways. Not too big of a fan of Rendell.

Hey, look at the wonders it has done for Tom Ridge! (Rendell should come out fine, assuming he wants to do something else afterwards.)

He's a big Eagles fan and helped incite a snowball throwing incident, so he's ok in my book. (trying to turn a blind-eye to that whole DNC chair thing )

The guy has the western side of the state locked up...based solely on the fact that he once wore black & gold. Right there, he has sewn up 93% of the vote from this side of the state. If he grew a mullet, the other 7% would be his too.

A friend of mine who moved to Pittsburgh recently called me, and was all excited that he got a call from Lynn Swann! It was some recording, where he was pushing some candidate, don't remember who. So I guess I knew he was in the political scene, and I can see him running for office.
