From what I gather, he was hammin' it up for a the camera during a FG try. They ended up missin' it and Jeremy didn't realize til after his posing.

I don't know when it was taken, but it is still funny as hell watchin his expression.

Yeah, this was the game in which Jay Feely missed three field goals at the end of the fourth quarter and overtime. I remember when they showed this live, and I ended up rewinding to this part on my DVR just because it was hilarious.

Look at the guy behind him. It takes him even longer to realize they missed. Again.

the gif cuts off the part where the dude behind him mouths something like "did he miss it?". good stuff.

technically, though, this was the first missed FG (at the end of regulation). so the "again" part isn't valid.

I remember that. God, it was awesome. I think I posted about it the second it happened.

Sadly this is a common thing with Shockey, he had a even worse problem last week against the Skins when Manning was picked off passing to Shockey and instead of tackling the guy Shockey is looking at the sidelines complaining about holding.

Kickers miss FG's sometimes, send Shockey the memo.

I don't remember the game very well, but why are they celebrating a field goal attempt, anyway? Unless that was going to win them the game, it seems pretty stupid.

If I remember correctly, there was no time left on the clock...

You remember correctly. It was a 40-yard attempt at the end of regulation which would have won the Giants the game.

That's Quinn Snyder getting popcorn dumped on his head. Right after the spanking Illinois gave us. He didn't even flinch though, lol.
