For those of you who might be so interested, the Men's College Cup final is on right now on ESPN2 (it started at 2 p.m. ET).

#1 Univ. of Maryland vs. #2 New Mexico.

1-0 terps. New Mexico should have tied it on a PK, but the keeper made the save and the rebound was shot over the empty net.

Been a very physical game so far. 2 cards for MD (both yellow), lots of bodies flying in general...

Interesting, they made a comment a little while ago that UNM has only allowed 6 corner kicks in a game in their absolute worst game. UMd had 6 in the first half and I think is at 10 now.

First time they've been to the CC Final since 1968 (they were co-champs then).
