Here are some guidelines for adding to the ticker, everyone from members waiting to be validated, normal members, moderators, admins and guests are allowed to post stuff. We might add a second ticker for this stuff, just hang tight. Here are the guidelines as we promised

1. No bashing involved with bad language. You can bash like let's say Russia or the Price of Tea in Singapore. But you cant say oh "This driver is a %$#^&". Jokes are allowed though.

2. Besides being involved with bashing, I'll be liberal on bad language, just as long as it doesnt contain the big two bad ones. This will get your IP address banned for as long as it takes from InTheZone.

3. News and Announcements are allowed, advertisements will be allowed only to a limited basis.

Because of the problems that some have had when they've changed e-mail addresses, I did it in the admin control panel, rather than the normal one. I had to pull up my account, so I did a search on the user name "SkyDog," and those were the accounts that came up.
