I can't even begin to put a price tag on the whole place. From the looks of it, I would say that with gear alone: about 4 million. That's not counting the extra instruments they advertise.
The build out of any great studio is the most expensive. I would be throwing a dart if I said that the build out of both of those rooms would be around 8-15 million.

Dola: Prince's studio, Paisley Park goes for around 1600 per day for their main studio. I bet this studio can fetch up to around 2500 per day. You are probably getting free lodging with that.

Glad to see Duncan Sheik has a new CD coming out. Everyone laughs because he's only known for Barely Breathing, but Phantom Moon was a tremendous CD. Even the more straight-forward pop of Daylight was nice (albeit treading a bit too close to TtWS every now and then).
But I digress... That place looks amazing.
