so I'm staying at my parents
I just moved back to New Jersey from Texas and I am staying with my parents untill I find a place. I thought it would be strange but it is kind of nice. It is the house I grew up in and I know every creak in the stairs. My sister lives here also with her 3 kids ( they moved in after her husband passed away) so all 3 generations are under one roof. It's only temporary but it is still nice.

my wife and i are staying with her parents, because we're in the process of selling our co-op and are house-hunting. we just set up cable service and i put my broadband internet in a spare bedroom, so i have the bare essentials. it's not so bad, they mostly give us our privacy but i certainly don't want to stay any longer than is necessary. don't get me wrong - i got great in-laws (fortunately), it's just that i wouldn't even want to move back with my mom, let alone my in-laws, as i'm set in my own lifestyle and no longer wish to be/feel restricted. still, they're helping us out a lot letting us take over a portion of their house, so i'm greatful.
