Connection problems, 1 site

I have a question for any knowledgable techies around here. I can't seem to connect to my league, www.unitedbaseball.org at all. I was checking it out this AM, everything was fine. Then for no reason the page just wasn't loading. I asked the guys who run the hosting and they said no banned IPs were present. I can also access it from any other computer in my office, even checked cpanel to make sure I wasn't banned or anything. No settings have changed on IE, just randomly won't work. I can't seem to connect with FTP software either (FileZilla). Any suggestions? I can connect to any other website just fine.

I can't troubleshoot the specific problem, but GB had a very similar sounding problem connecting to FOFC and went through it step by step here:

sounds like either a cookie problem (which doenst make sense if you didnt change any settings on IE), or a firewall exception problem. if you arent logging in from home, it is possible that for some reason the firewall you are behind isnt letting that ip be viewed.

Thanks. It was just a hiccup, although an hour long one. I cleared my cache, cookies and everything...still didn't work. Then an hour or so later, got back. Completely random as nobody else had this issue. Oh well...thanks again.
