The older episodes I think it was Lacey Chabert. Now it is Mila Kunis in the more recent episodes.

That is correct. They are better known as the "younger sister on Party of Five" and "Kelso's girlfriend from That 70s show" (respectively). The change is made somewhere right in the middle of season two. I hadn't heard anything about them changing voices again, so i'm assuming the confusion is just arising over this one change.
