Had to pack up my computer because I'm switching dorms. Although maybe I'll be able to avoid the waiting in line when I get it back on.

I know its a demo but here is what I am hearing so far about it;

Played for a few hours and I like it. I love the new squad feature, very useful when the squad acts as a team. I do think the weapons seem a little underpowered as it takes many hits to take someone down.

I too am impressed. A few changes here and tweaks there and this game should be a great one.

Just seems to be identical the first, with nicer graphics. Guess it could be worse.

I've found out it's like source, there is a lot of recoil so either go to single shot or shoot in very short bursts. I've noticed when I do this, people die a lot faster.

Well, the sniper rifle is underpowered. 3 or 4 hits to take someone down.

I did recreate a Saving Private Ryan moment in single player. I was sniping from the crane, an enemy tank is trying to take the control point to the left. I snipe the machine gunner, the tank turret then swivels and elevates to point right at me. BOOM! No more sniping from the crane.

Kinda amazed that the turret can aim that high.

Just played a game as commander and this feature is great. Using a satelite sweep or launching a UAV is great for recon and of course there's the fun of ordering an artillery strike. The problem is it is frustrating getting squads to follow your orders and having to repair you radar/artillery/comm station. Also when you comm, you don't notice anything around you, so I kept getting killed easily.

How do you get into the commader feature? I know you apply for it, and when you get it accept it, but how do you use the artillery strikes, etc?

Same thing as being a squad leader. Default key is caps lock.
