Alanis an American, eh?

I was listening to the pregame for the NBA finals in the car and then the PA Announcer as they did the opening stuff, and I hear this:

"Singing the national anthem for the first time since becoming a United States Citizen... ALANIS MORISETTE"

When did this happen? Why?

I think she became a citizen at least a year or two ago. I remember cause it was so ironic cause she was so Anti-US government, but joining at the same time.

If we can send Bryan Adams back, then this is a good deal.

The best part of the movie was watching HHH power slam him onto the concrete floor.

I don't want to presume to speak for all Canadians, but personally....I'll take that trade in a heartbeat.

Please note that the above statement is in no way an expression of affection or admiration for Mr. Adams.

Alanis married another Canadian, the guy from "Two Guys, A Girl, and a Pizza Place"... and Jagged Little Pill was a great album, if you actually like music.

Alanis released an acoustic version of Jagged Little Pill yesterday for its 10th anniversary. I think you can only get it at starbucks for the first week or two. Anyways, i remember driving to somewhere in Ohio the first time i heard "You Oughta Know." I tried to get it a few days later in a music store, but i guess it hadnt come out yet(those days when internet wasnt readily accessable suck) That album was so frigging huge.
