MISL on ESPN2?

hmmm, ESPN2 is showing the Major Indoor Soccer League final right now. Go ESPN, show more soccer.

And indoor soccer outdoors is the most fun ever!

Thanks for the heads-up. I really enjoy indoor soccer.

I think the commentary is good, especially for a sport they don't cover much.

If the MLS is smart, they'll find a way to work closely with the MISL. Make people think soccer is fun and fast pace, then ween them on the MLS game. And yes, I do love MLS soccer, and have gone to numerous Charleston Battery games.

We used to have an indoor soccer team in Tallahassee. It moved/folded before we had kids, but I wish it was still around, because that's the kind of thing my oldest daughter would really enjoy.

We used to have an ECHL team, too. Now we've got shit.

Are you somehow implying here that the ECHL team wasn't shit?

No, I'm saying we don't even have second-rate minor league hockey or indoor soccer to watch in this town. It's college or nothing.

That level of hockey was nothing spectacular, but it was an entertaining night. Especially when the games got out of hand and they started beating the hell out of each other.

Yeah, the fights are the one redeeming factor of the ECHL. I saw a Toledo Storm game once that involved two different goalie fights.

That game was fun to watch.

Their playoff system makes no sense at all... If they only wanna have two games, why don't they use the European system and go by the score of the two games combined?
