One a side note, Ohio High School Athletic Assocation has this stupid new "rule of emphasis," on homeruns the only players allowed at the plate are the runners and the batter. If your players leave the dugout like that team did the batter is out and the runners all go back to their bases.

Dumbest rule ever! I guess there was some fight caused by the one team going to the plate to congratulate the batter, so lets punish the whole damn state. *rant over*
