I preferred 2003.

Actually I don't think I ever had 2002.

Been too long. I still have 2003, but not loaded on the system (I don't think it worked early in XP, but later it did). I loved them all, though they all have limitations.

2004 was the prettiest, but 2003 played the best.

I guess I must be the only one who still had a fond spot for the Hardball series.

HH 2000 was played to death, but 2002 might have been the best.

I was a big fan of the Hardball series. I thought it was sooo well done at the time.

I played Tony Larrussa 3 to death, in manage only mode with historic rosters in 5th grade. I have great memories of that, that and front page football(with my excel based record book and pro bowl rosters), my earliest manage only gaming memories.

Played all the HH games to death as well, can't really differentiate them all in my head. I did like the last one a lot, but there was no mouse support and consolish graphics kind of took it down below the rest.

BBPro 98 was the game I played the most, every day for like 2 years I think.
