Editing player profiles in FOF

I've been using the program in the reference thread to edit the roster file, but don't see any way of editing things such as intelligence and leadership. Is there a way to do this?

the FAF Editor can edit intelligence, but not leadership from what I see...

Dola- Where does the FAF Editor 1.4 come from? I can not find out where I got this.....

I don't know where it comes from, but that sounds like the DraftFile utility that comes with the game. Is it any different?

Some ratings are entirely random and created during import of the file.
