How can I get to sleep?

I have to get up in 2 1/2 hours and I feel wide awake. Anybody have any techniques on getting to sleep that do not involve medication?

almost meditationish.

Just relax. concentrate on one thing. Think it out completely. Then do it again, this time with your eyes closed.

I used to do that when I was writing

Bend over about ten feet in front of it.
Run forward as hard as you can.

You'll be out in seconds.
