ResHacker: What all does it do?

Okay, so it looks like I can change some icons and the windows and stuff.

Is there anything else i can do with this? Can I change some structures of the game, too?

You can change the position tag colors (ILB, OLB, CB, etc...) so they are easier to tell apart. Also, you can change the background pic, team logos, where the small windows (roster, global options etc..). I'm sure that you can change more, but I can't remember.

No. As far as I know it just changes window positions, and general in game resources.
You won't actually be able to change a game engine of anything

The only thing I've been able to do is add the Pro Bowl.
