Playboy the Mansion. (the Game)???
I was all set to finally go out and purchase The Sims 2; I never played the original one as it looked like something I would not be interested in. Anyway, I was over at IGN reading some reviews on the Sims when I ran into an article about this Playboy game.
http://pc.ign.com/articles/543/543861p1.html?fromint=1 WOW....this game really looks like it could be an actual game with real game play and all for the adult. For a complete breakdown and the official site check out playhef.com Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with this game. |

Don't know anything about the game, but I met the owner of Cyberlore a few weeks ago. They're developing the game and he seemed like a nice guy.

Hmm. Probably a good idea to wait a bit and see how the game does after it's released. 12 mission campaign mode and all...I wonder how long those take?

10 days till this "dissaster" hits the shelves.
I just do ot get it. I thought the 3 month delay in release date was to bring the game up to Sims2 standards. The game was originally set to be released weeks after the Sims2 was released, but was cancelled days after Sims2 came out. I assumed this was to bring the game into the 3D world. Looking at the prerelease photos I can not believe my eyes as the game is still in 2D. This is going to be a game that is only rated "M" and not "NC-17" released on all 3 platforms aimed at the mainstream. Not a "Hardcore" movie game. Why in the world would they be using a look that is 10 years out of date on a game that is going to be untimately judged by it's graphics??? I am a simple man, with simple needs. Basically, I was just hoping for a Sims2 ripoff that had a Hef career track with all the playmates living in my town!!! 10 days till it is released for $49.99 and I bet probably 20 days till it hits the bargain basement rack for $19.99. So, I will be posting my review of the game sometime in February. |
