Question Grass...

I need some help finding out what type of grass is best for my lawn. I live in Phoenix where we have 300 days of sunshine a year. But I really don't want to bother with having to re-seed once for winter and once for summer. Is there a annual grass (maybe a blend) that I can seed for my lawn. Currently my "lawn" dosen't exsist, it is just dirt. So this being the first time I seed I want to get it right. If you guys can help me with some advise or a good website to go to I would appreciate it. Thanks.

This site might help with some general tips, as well as helping you narrow down which type of grass seed is right for you.
