I agree. The refs will see to it that the Lakers win if there's any doubt.

anyone see Kareem hit that skyhook in that commercial? He still got it. he could start for like 5 teams in the NBA.

I bet Rasheed gets thrown out of more games than the Pistons win.

If the Pistons win tonight or on Tuesday, they win the series. If they don't, it's over. Here's hoping my guys kick the shit out of those Lala bitches.

My hope is Pistons in 7 as I just love watching Ben Wallace make monster dunks and little Rip running around like some sort of crazed maniac...

But I just do not realisticly see the Pistons taking the series, but the 7 games could happen... you know the Lakers will take at least one or two games off...

ESPN uses that commercial more in one episode of SportsCenter than what they have advertised the NHL finals total. The Lakers take this series in five or six.

Larry Brown is a helluva coach, and Prince gave Kobe fits. Payton needs to sit if he can't score.

If this series goes 7, no way do the Pistons win. I think if the pistons win, it'll be in 5.

If the Pistons win this series I think that what be conclusive proof Larry Brown is the best Basketball coach in the NBA way over Phil what's his name. The Lakers have far superior talent, yet got spanked at home by a team not even playing at its best. Wallace was on the pine with fouls, Hamilton was having a horrible night, and Shaq was lighting it up, yet the Lakers still lost. This doesn't bode well for La La land.

Phil's system is about the worst possible for Payton to thrive.

3 from payton and 4 from malone is just ridiculous, especially from 2 guys that came to this team to win a championship and now they choke big time. I know its only one game into the series, but i hope this pattern follows suit throughout.

It's the Kurse of Karl Malone, you go to the finals with him and you lose

Both him and Gary Payton got their asses handed to them by the Bulls dynasty of the '90's. Now, here's a question directed at everybody in general, except Laker fans because they aren't going to hate their own team, but anyway, here goes ...

Which team did/do you hate more, the 2004 Lakers or the 1996 72-10 Chicago Bulls?

Neither, i don't have any problem with great teams. The only team i ever hated was the Supersonics, maybe not hate, but never trusted, something creeps me out about the pacific northwest, the trees and the rain and the bigfoot, theres weird shit brewing up there.

The bulls for sure, because they were unbeatable, at least the Lakers seem like they can be beaten.

Hey hey hey, now what do you guys have against the greatest team of all time

My Bulls suck enough now as it is, don't tarnish what we once had!
