Take a trip to Germany, Shorty?

Starbucks defense for kids drinking beer doesn't fly

CINCINNATI - Cincinnati-area high school students who drank alcohol on a school-sponsored trip to Germany can be disciplined for breaking school rules, even if they had permission from their parents to sample the local beer.

That ruling by a federal judge. The judge ruled Mariemont High's decision to discipline the students did not violate their constitutional rights.

One parent says school officials had told them drinking was common in Germany and it would be their personal decision.

She adds, "We were told beer gardens in Germany were like Starbucks in the United States." The school claims rules are rules and the lax interpretation did not fit the facts.

shorty wouldn't be drinking the beer, he'd be looking to find somewhere where he could star in a German Shiza (sp?) movie...
