2017
Expansion Draft-Notables
DE Ronnie Jones
WR Frankie Craig
QB Walt Hamilton
FB Leo Compton
LB Charles Hardee
S Tommy Perry
TE Jared Myers

Free Agency
Week 1-10-Vincent Snyder QB-5yrs 101.2 mil. Also thought about going after FB Billy Joe Thornton, but after seeing the other stud QB’s go, I decide to make the decision that will affect the team for the next 10 years. Also, I decide to make my team pass-happy, and my later moves should reflect this.
Weeks 11-20-Frankie Craig WR-3yrs 23.41 mil LB Alfred Kinney 3yrs 14.09 mil

Get A Trade Offer-QB Vincent Snyder for CB Benjamin Francis (Decent Corner) and a 1(34) pick. I decline.

Draft (After Camp Ratings)
1-Harvey Martinez DT 50/91
2-Herman Crawley CB 44/71
3-Fred Price G 36/64
4-Warren Shillingford T 38/48
5-Steve Kay WR 45/56
6-Mickey Stevens RB 46/58
7-Byron Shepard RB 29/63

Get offered a decent CB, and a 5 for my 4th round pick, but it does not quite pass the reality test. Picked up 30 Under 3yr FA’s, of which maybe 4 look good. Go into camp w/62 players

No real breakouts in camp. I am 27.45 under the cap heading into the season, and have a roster value of 2. Had a crash after week 3 of exhibition, but I had saved before exhibition began, so I just re-simmed the games. Won’t affect anything because they were exhibition. End up going 1-3 78-102. On to the real games.
Schedule
MIN Lost 37-22 and an even bigger loss QB Vincent Snyder out 2-3 months (torn thumb ligament) Most of his potentials went down 10, and he will have trouble reaching his potential with only a couple starts at best this year.
NE L 21-14 Some good news. Snyder is only out 3-5 wks now. Also, WR Frankie Craig now has 15-254-3 after 2 games.
PHI L 55-31
Nyg L 30-20 Have 10 injuries, with 1st 3 QB’s and all 3 G’s injured
WSH L 42-3 Decide to change D. Going all 3-4, and blitzing up to 99, as I think I must get pressure and hope to get lucky w/this D.
CAR L 24-17 New starting QB Walt Hamilton now out 2-3 months (Broken Jaw)
NYG L 17-10 QB Snyder now probable, so he gets reinstalled.
MIA L 27-11 Doesn’t look like I’ll be making the playoffs.
Ari L 18-16 Hey, closest game yet.
BYE YES, I didn’t lose this week.
Phi L 24-17
Dal L 17-10
Ari L 44-23
Gre L 34-16
DAL W 27-13 The team feels that, as it has already guaranteed to get the #1 pick, it might as well win a couple of games
Man L 40-15
Wsh L 14-0 Best game of the year for the defense.

5/1-WR George Cash 35/56

7/1-S Joseph Mills 32/46

4.49 mil under the cap going into the year. 3-1 91/84 in preseason, have a roster value of 77.

Had an invalid page fault after week 15, losing all games back to week 4, when i was 8-7 and a win would have gotten me into the playoffs, so i re-simmed, and finished 1/2 a game better than i could have in the original w/o crash, but did not make playoffs, so i feel that i did not gain anything by it.

Final Record 9-6-1 (9.5 pts) 295 PF (18.4 ppg) 316 PA (19.25 ppg)

Notable Players
QB Vincent Snyder 304-550 3516 19/18 72.6

Just like to announce that the Richmond Assassins have chosen a temporary mascot while they continue to search for a good one.

Had a long post, but lost it, so here is the really short one.

14-2 (441-288), won division, got a bye, lost 1st playoff game. Gets me 19 points. Now have a total of 29.5 points after 3 years.

Just going to copy the scoring in, so I can look at it easily.

22.Scoring
Regular Season Win: 1 point (total possible=16)
Make the Playoffs as Wildcard: 1 point bonus (total possible=1)
Make the Playoffs as Divisional Winner: 3 point bonus (total possible=3)
1st Round Playoff win or Bye Week: 2 point bonus (total possible=2)
2nd Round Playoff win: 3 point bonus(total possible=3)
3rd Round Playoff win(make SB): 5 point bonus. (total possible=5)
Superbowl win: 10 points (total possible=10)
Perfect Season(16-0): 1 point bonus(total possible=1)
A perfect season is worth: 40 points
Point differential shall be used only as a tie-breaker.

11-5 (474-249), got in as a wild card (1), won the Super Bowl (20).

A total of 32 points, now a 4-year total of 61.5.

Vincent Snyder 1st Team All-Pro, Super Bowl MVP 271/456 3459 yds 33/8 99.9 rating. 24/39 322 yards 5 TD's in the Big Game.

Most of this happened because in the FA period, I signed Kennedy Moses, the amazing RB from Philadelphia.

Herb
100/36/50/73 for a total of 57.
