Does anybody besides me read these?

I read them religiously. I gamble on almost anything(still waiting for Bush to win the presidency to collect $200), so I find Grego's selections interesting. I made a killing this year betting on the Olympics

I read just to see if Grego will ever reveal where he can get to make "even proposition" bets with no vig, and therefore hit on 52% or 54% of his bets and come ahead in the black.

Quick, My method of "betting" is simplistic. I've only made parlay bets on football games in the "real" world.
In my posts, if I bet $50, I hand the bet over to the cyber bookie. If I win, he gives that back, plus $50. If I lose, he keeps it.
It's just a simple illustration of high and low confidence bets, albeit unsophisticated.

I understand, Grego-- just some good-natured ribbing/observation. Should have included one of those little winky dudes...

Good luck with your picks.

after wading through the above mess, I end up $80 in the hole, which puts me at $480 for the year. Those damn Pennsylvania teams made all the difference this week, although I believe those surprises were more a function of Cleve and Ny playing inspired football. Although I think C Palmer's days are numbered in Cleve, you don't see any of his players quitting on him. I think he deserves another chance.
