However, I just want to thank Mary Ellen (of Via-Tech/Elicense) on the outstanding support that I was given this weekend. To make a long story short, our power went out yesterday(Saturday) and for some reason my "licenses" vanished when my PC went off. No problem as I fire off an email to Via-Tech support and this morning I have my licenses restored. Not 2 hours later my PC locks up and several "windows" files get fried which spells the end for that HD to ever boot again(good thing for me the data is still in tact) AND there go my licenses AGAIN. Well, off goes another email to Mary Ellen and just as I finally get my email up and running again on this PC there is a note from her saying they have once again been restored.
