For Jim G: Another Utility?

Jim,

First let me state that I hardly know anything about programming. So now that you know that, maybe you'll forgive me if I'm shooting for the moon.

Would you consider creating another utility? One that would allow for the realignment of the league? I'm very geographically oriented and would like to see regional rivalries. Maybe the utility would only be used after there are 36 teams in the league. And then maybe ever 20 year thereafter you would be given the option to do it again.

Maybe the way the libraries are setup won't allow this. Like I said, I don't know programming.

So what do you think? How about the rest of you out there?
