FOF: Your league records
You probably have no idea, asked like this, right off the bat...but since I had a chance to look upon mine today I wanted to share my all-time league records in terms of points scored/outscored.
For my team: most points scored on any season : 541 Least points outscored on any season : 255 League records : most points scored on any season : 548 Least points outscored on any season : 177 Have you ever gone over 600 points scored ??? Have you ever had under 200 points outscored ??? I guess my results (since I use to lead the league in points very very often with 450-500+ points) show that I'm much more offensive minded than defensive minded. I've always tried to build a formidable defense with playmakers (mostly at DE and CB) through the draft and free agency, and I've succeeded sometimes in this area, but for the most part: it's always been my wonderful offenses that have carried my teams to championhips years in years out. I'd love, for once, to have a team that scores 550 points the same year where its defense is outscored no more than 200 for instance. Don't know if you've ever experienced a season like that but wow, that would be quite a feat.

Darkiller: too many deleted careers to keep track of all my stats.
On my All Air team (FOF2k1) I had a QB throw for roughly 99,700 career yards. I was pissed he could not hold out for 1 more good game before hanging up the cleats.

I'll check when I get home, but I'm pretty confident I've gone over 600 points in a season.

I stand corrected, I never hit 600 points.
Ok, looking at my records (FOF2001). All these are the team I controlled and are only from the last career I ran/run. All air has certainly gone over 600 several times.
then again, it is a "bust the game" system.

thanks for looking into it. I see that my defensive units have some progresses to make before matching your 159. anyways, whether we're talking about Offensive or Defensive standout performances throughout the course of a season, you not only need an awesome roster in terms of current talent but also you need to have these players MAKE plays almost all at once, in sync. Thirdly, one can argue that a favorable schedule is quite important too in order to achieve such lofty goals.

One other thing that may interest only me is this observation, once again, extracted from my own FOF league (33 seasons played so far)
Among the 144 players enshrined in the Hall of Fame, 106 of them were 1st round draft picks (.736) Is that realistic to say that 3 Hall of Famers out of 4 are former 1st rounders ? I'd love to check on the NFL's HOF list and see if that sounds true or not...
