I found this to be yet another annoying ad campaign. On the NHL Center Ice package, we get Canadian feeds and the commercials up there seem to be on a completely higher level as far as quality and appeal, but unfortunately Subway is running this same campaign up there.

I don't know what these companies are paying for these ideas that are used in all the advertisements, but it is probably too much.

Did you guys in the States get the last round of Subway ads, or were they only for Canadians? The ones where some dick would wander around harassing people about eating anything other than sandwhiches, force them to come with him to the nearest Subway, and watch as he clumsily hit on the counter girl?

I hated that guy. Really. I stopped eating at Subway because of him. The only good ad he did was the one where someone finally tells him to shut the hell up, he turns around, and it's Jared.

Urgh, I tried everything I could think of to capture stills from the above video link, and it wasn't happening. Media Player would blank its window whenever I switched to another program (like a screen capture program). Doggone it.

As for that above message, I doubt that he was being serious. And in the event that he was, I'm sure he wouldn't get any girls in real life, so everything works out. Don't worry about it.
