Hillary Clinton in Greenville Tonight

She speaking downtown tonight for a Women and Politics forum. I have tickets but can't go, not that like her anyway.

Conservative radio jockeys said they may stage a protest of the event and of Furman, which is sanctioning the event. They insulted Furman by saying the liberal students did not allow for a conservative women to participate.

Nevermind that the campus is over 40% conservative and under 20% liberal (rest undecided). Nevermind that a Conservative woman dropped out 2 weeks ago, and that the organizers have phoned 5 female senators and prominent conservative SC women politicians to fill the vacant seat. All of them said no.

I think the radioheads just needed something to bitch about after McNabb's good game, their idol's drug problems, and their golden child's molesting of women.

And the head of the Studnet Republicans (good friend) said that some of the Republicans plan to protest if she comes on campus tomorrow (he said he wants no part of it).

I swear, actual politics aside, theres absolutely no difference between conservatives and liberals, regardless of how much each one wants to think they have the moral highground.
