Who watched? Does this have the potential to be one of the best ever or what?

Rupert is da bomb! I fell out of my chair laughing when he stole the other tribes shoes and sold them for pineapples and knives!

I watched it too, him explaining that "we are pirates, they want us to be pirates, pirates loot, pirates steal, I'm a pirate, I steal" was simply hilarious. Then to see them go and sell off the shoes for different items in the village, it was the clincher. Looks like there's a smart team, and a dumb team there...

Did you see the guy that took off running without any money or map, trying to find a boat And then they go on and on, walking around trying to find a water well (sp?) without even looking at their map...

Rupert looks like one of the all-time great characters ("so I'm being a good sport, giggling like a schoolgirl, but when all is said and done here I am sitting here in a freakin' dress").

But... he's dead meat. The fact that they featured him that much in the first episode pretty much clinches that he'll be out by the second or third episode.

I watched last night. Rupert was great. I agree with the smart tribe, dumb tribe already appearing. The only drawback was they possibly voted out the hottest chick last night.

Agree with the hot chick comment. Poor girl in a strapless dress, this had a lot of potential... oh well...

It had more to do with the dress and the fact that if she stayed more than the 3 days they let her, it definetely would have started falling off.

I heart survivor.

Rup was the best part of the show.

Was that chaleenge hard as hell or what.I could'nt do that on a good day,let alone after eating crap and not sleeping for 3 days.

Looking forward to next weeks installment...it lookslike this could be one of the best survivors yet.

Speaking of which, those guys are starting to smell. Think maybe they could win a bar of soap in one of their challenges?

Looks like yesterday was a mixed bag for you...

"The plane's crew told authorities Drake tried to rush the cockpit door at about 6 a.m. EDT, some two and a half hours before the plane was scheduled to land in Atlanta. He was subdued by two passengers, a deputy sheriff and a psychiatrist, the FBI said."

I watched it off and on last night. I've never seen a full "season," and haven't seen the last couple. Which one is this - #5? I think I saw the last half of the first one, bits and pieces of the 2nd one, and none since then until last night.

I actually know Rupert from a time when I volunteered working with kids last summer in Indianapolis. Outside the looks, he came off very kind and compassionate. I've also seen him around town, especially down in Broad Ripple, several times. He's one of those guys that you will always recognize.

Don't know why, but I'd say yes, if I'd see him around, I would probably recognize him

It was a shame about the girl that got voted off, but she was an idot that brought it on herself. I already can't stand that lawyer, and seeing the tribe buy into him already reminds me of how Brian played everyone the time he won.

Rupert seems like he'll be the fan fovorite for a while. I want to see what the big problem is next week between him and the other guy that was fishing. I do want to know what that other guy was thinking when he goes out fishing, catches one fish and comes back like the conquering hero instead of maybe wanting to get a few more fish.

Oh, and I wouldn't mind beig where that one hermit crab ended up, the one that got under Nicole's dress.

I think the whole episode can be summed up with a single frame shown during the immunity challenge.

The shot caught three naked asses, and was captioned
'Morgan Behind'

I completely agree that Morgan is the dumb team. They build their shelter against that shale wall...I said to my wife "God knows what lives in all those cracks." Turned out to be crabs, and I was thinking insects. Crabs is pretty funny though. Idiots deserved to get no sleep.

This is Survivor number 7 by the way.

Rupert looks to be my favorite survivor this season. Too bad, cause my favorites have only won twice. Seasons number 1 and 5. Colby shoulda won in season two, but got gipped. Rob from last time is my absolute all time favorite Survivor.
