OT - Averages puzzle

I'm looking for two positive integers A and B here, where the following condition is true:

The average (arithmetic mean) of A and B is equal to A.B (where A.B means the two integers, written out plainly, with a decimal point in between).

There exists more than one solution.

four and five

Edit:
4+5=9
9/2=4.5

Whee, I got an answer in a math puzzle!

There is one obvious (and easy) answer, but what could be the other solution(s)....

Yes, there exists an infinite set of answers, all fitting the pattern:

(5x10^X) and (5x10^X)-1

Reading the comments in the other thread afterwards, I think some people would rather see these relative easier questions unawnsered for the first 60 to 120 minutes...

I couldn't resist from being the first to post, usually I see the questions 12 hours after QS starts them, including the awsners...

yes, but 4 and 5 was the easy one, it takes some around the corner thinking to come up with 49 and 50 being 49.50...

(x + y) / 2 = x + y/10

(I think).
