STADIUM - Poor?????

Just moved my franchise from Houston to L.A. in 2023 and my brand new staduim is an 18 (poor) in the franchise value listing.

This doesn't make any sense? Is it because I maxed out the staduim 99,900 etc. and it's too much stadium???

I would guess that is the reason. I think if the capacity is too large, there are bound to be seats which are far away with poor viewing and a poor experience for the spectator. Least that is my speculation

I had the same problem the first year. year 2 it was state of the art.
