Are there ten Lions fans? I have never seen the word fan associated with Lions used as a plural.

Anyone who can support a team that won 5 games over the past 2 years is a real fan(or glutton)! Go Lions!

If you think this makes a real fan then Bengals' fans must be gods compared to the rest of the leagues followers....

Come on, now. The Bengals have been to TWO, count 'em, TWO Superbowls. The Lions have won ONE, coun 'em, ONE play-off game since 1957. A play-off game. One. Yes, the Bengals have fallen on very, very hard times of late, but they still have a ways to go to match the Lions' futility over the last 45+ years.

We have quite a few Lions fans on the board. Now I just can't wait until we win the 2006 Super Bowl at Ford Field!

I have been an Eagles fan since the 70s and have had my own share of heart-ache, but how can Detroit and its denizens continue to fund this team with only 1 playoff win in that long?

Honestly, I was just praying someone in the Lion's camp would actually admit to this statistic.

Now ends all the talk of the Bengals being the worst team ever...All Hail the un-mighty Lions, the single most futile team in the NFL since umm...1957? =)
