Clubbin at the FOFC (where the ladies at?)

So its a Friday night, and nothing is going on here in Columbia. Sitting around hanging out at the FOFC Club, waiting for the ladies to come by. I'm just standing against the wall, nodding my head to the music.

I'm currently in room 1 of 5, this one has more urban flavored musical selection. The song playing now is:

Youngbloodz - Damn

Next song in 5 minutes

Now playing:

Nelly - Shake Ya Tailfeathers, next song 4.5 minutes.

Thinking about going to another room.

(note: I'm just bored)

This must be your first visit to the FOFC Club, if you are waiting for the ladies to come by. You'll be out of music before that happens.

I like how the one Friday night I have that I don't have to work, or work early Saturday, is also the Friday that for some reason all my friends seem to be working. This sucks.

Easy Mac walk into room 3 as he quickly realizes he can't tell the difference between the 12 and 20 year old girls in the teenie bopper room.

Room 3 is the Punk rock section of the club. There are some scary looking people in this room.

Currently playing:

Me first and the Gimme Gimme's - Walk Like an Egyptian.

Next song in 3 minutes

I wish I hadn't read this thread. Now I can't say that I don't even know the name of a Justin Timberlake song.

Oh well. At least I can't hear it.

Easy Mac tells ice he knows how he feels, and borrows some ice after Easy Mac confuses Shorty for a female midget.

Moving to Room 4, the Xstasy room. This is where you'll hear trance, dance or general electronic music. Think I see Cam sucking on one of those pacifiers in the corner.

Now playing:
BT - Nocturnal Transmission

Next song in 8 minutes.

I'm putting on some Opeth to take my mind off the thought of hearing a Justin Timberlake song.

In case Ksyrup missed it:

Rock Your Body

Don't be so quick to walk away
Dance with me
I wanna rock your body
Please stay
Dance with me
You don't have to admit you wanna play
Dance with me
Just let me rock you
Till the break of day
Dance with me
Got time, but I don't mind

Just wanna rock you girl
I'll have whatever you have
Come on, just give it up girl
See I've been watching you
I like the way you move
So go ahead, girl, just do
That ass shaking thing you do

So you grab your girls
And you grab a couple more
And you all come meet me
In the middle of the floor
Said the air is thick, it's smelling right
So you blast to the left and you sail to the right

Don't be so quick to walk away
Dance with me
I wanna rock your body
Please stay
Dance with me
You don't have to admit you wanna play
Dance with me
Just let me rock you
Till the break of day
Dance with me

I don't mean no harm
Just wanna rock you girl
Make a move, but be calm
Let's go, let's give it up girl
See it appears to me
You like the way I move
I'll tell you what I'm gonna do
Pull you close and share my groove

So you grab your girls
And you grab a couple more
And you all come meet me
In the middle of the floor
Said the air is thick, it's smelling right
So you blast to the left and you sail to the right

Don't be so quick to walk away
Dance with me
I wanna rock your body
Please stay
Dance with me
You don't have to admit you wanna play
Dance with me
Just let me rock you
Till the break of day
Dance with me

Talk to me boy
No disrespect, I don't mean no harm
Talk to me boy
I can't wait to have you in my arms
Talk to me boy
Hurry up cause you're taking too long
Talk to me boy
Better have you naked by the end of this song

So what did you come for
I came to dance with you
And you know that you don't want to hit the floor
Need to romance with you
You're searching for love forever more
It's time to take a chance
If love is here on the floor, girl

Hey
Dance with me
Yea
Come on baby

Don't be so quick to walk away
(Don't walk away)
(Come on and)
Dance with me
I wanna rock your body
(Let me rock your body)
Please stay
(Come on and)
Dance with me
You don't have to admit you wanna play
(You don't have to admit you wanna play, just) Dance with me
Just let me rock you
(Do do do do)
Till the break of day
(Come on and)
Dance with me

Talk to me boy
No disrespect, I don't mean no harm
Talk to me boy
But I can't wait to have you in my arms
Talk to me boy
Hurry up cause you're taking too long
Talk to me boy
Better have you naked by the end of this song

Don't be so quick to walk away
(Just think of me and you)
Don't be so quick to walk away
(We could do something)
Don't be so quick to walk away
(I like the way you look right now)
Don't be so quick to walk away
(Come over here baby)

Are you feeling me?
Let's do something
Let's make a bet
Cause I, gotta have you naked by the end of this song

Going to room 5, as my head hurts from all the beats and X.

Room 5 is your general rock room, anything rock goes.

Linkin Park - Nobody's Listening for the next 3 minutes

While sitting down at the bar, the next song comes on:

Aerosmith - Sweet Emotion

Hopes one of FOFC's bartenders will let the tab slide.

Easy Mac wanders around the different sections of the FOFC, and stumbles across a secret/hidden room known only as "Hattrick". He sees some strange creatures in there and decides to go back to room 1.

Now playing:

50 cent - P.I.M.P. remix

Wandering around the room, humming the chorus from P.I.M.P:
I don't know what you heard about me,
but you can't get a blood up out of me.
I drive a Cadillac, wear a perm cause I'm a G,
And I'm a motherfuckin CRIP.

Now playing:
The Roots - Seed 2.0

Hears a storm outside which may force him to leave early to beat the impending electirical shock.

I'll only admit to this once, and don't tell anybody I said it.

Generally, I'm a fan of crusty old alternative rawk. The Melvins are my favoritest band in the world, and otherwide I regularly enjoy Aereogramme, Ozzy-era Sabbath, Mogwai, Sigur Ros, Archers of Loaf, and Braid.

BUT, having said that, I could easily listen to 'Rock Your Body' twenty times over, with a goofy grin on my face. It's pretty much just a complete and total rip of 'Off the Wall' era Michael Jackson, but it's got a damn fine hook to it, and I'm a sucker for Timbaland's beats.

Tell nobody!

sucking on a pacifier? actually, I just got back from a real club where I spent twenty some odd dollars that came from a bank account without my mom's name attached to it.

Now I'm going to go have sex with my wife.

Have fun listening to Michael Jackson... and don't ask Shorty for a dance.

And on a more serious comment, if this thread were Bill Parcells, I'd be Jeremy Shockey.

Obviously Cam has never been to a rave, lest he would have understood the pacifier joke.

But surely we can surmise than none of what Cam says is true.

He gets home from the club. He proclaims he is going to have sex with his wife. First, allow him to post on an internet board about football. "Hold on honey, I have to post something on the internet."

Oh, and for the bank account, I guess we can subsitute wife for mom in your case.

Since apparently there's a lack of actual music here, I'll have to make a recommendation with a real song:

Ben Folds - One Down (Live)

Yes! Have you heard Ben Folds new EP? He's releasing 3 internet-only EPs by the end of the year, then a full-length early next year.

He's also released (in Australia only to this point, alhough I've downloaded the 4 songs) an EP with Ben Kweller and Ben Lee (called The Bens, of course) which is terrific.

The new EP is called Speed Graphic and contains a nifty remake of In Between Days by the Cure.
