Certainly a loss to the music community. However...I have to admit that when I heard this news, the first thing that went through my mind was, "This will be a goldmine for the next American Idol. This should take care of about 2 weeks worth of programming ideas for them. And provide an excuse - as if they really need one - for bringing Ruben back at least 3 times."
