The play "never happened".

Pretty impressed with the Ravens D tonight, no matter what the end result is.

BTW - I know I'm going to feel stupid when I realize the answer.

What is the number 91 on the helmets for that NE has worn this season?

This is where Cam Cameron would kick a FG and try an onside kick.

If I'm a Ravens fans I'm pissed that they didn't decide to show up this season until week 13.

I hope I'm getting the player's name right, but the Patriots lost one of their guys to a drowning in the offseason. I think the player's name was Marquise Hill. He was a defensive lineman who had played at LSU in college.

The late Marquise Hill, I believe. Great Tiger and great asset to his community

I don't think Gaffney had possession of that pass. It's close, but I don't think he had it.

that's coming back (reversal), but it'll be 3/4ths of the way to the goal line and first down (two personal fouls)

The penalties on the Baltimore player (Bart Scott?) remind me of hockey penalties. A guy takes a dumb penalty, and then he gets so pissed off about it that he takes an even dumber penalty. Seriously, he picked up the official's flag and threw it into the stands? I've seen players pick up flags to hand back to the officials, but in general, I'd think that the last thing any player would want to do is actually touch a penalty flag.

Yeah, but it's not like it matters. One 15-yarder on the kickoff is going to make it an automatic touchback, a second one won't matter. He might as well get his money's worth and do something funny.

I wonder if that would be considered "giving the flag the business"?

This is actually probably better for the Ravens.

If it's overturned there's a good chance Baltimore doesn't get the ball again or at least with a lot less time.

I still don't think that was a catch, but after your player has 30 yards of penalties, it doesn't really matter anymore

More penalties.. they should just rack them all up to get the kick off on their own 10 yard line.
