Where was the hold there? Even a BC fan is shaking his head.

You stay classy, Ga Tech fans.. at least if you're gonna throw things, aim at the ref, not BC players

Dwyer doesn't lack for effort, that's for sure.

About the one hope I had for tonight's game was the pattern that seems to have developed of winning one game we shouldn't each year. I thought this might be it. Of course, we usually lose one we shouldn't to balance that out.

Unfortunately, this game has been on the verge of becoming another of the seasonal occurrences: getting blown out by someone that we should be very competitive with (see: Clemson '06, VT & Utah '05, VT '04, Duke '03, etc)

TD Georgia Tech, though they struggled like hell getting it there, there's at least a chance if the defense can come out and get another good stop.

For those not watching, BC just fumbled the kickoff ... but that's almost sure to be reversed.

Not that I can really complain too much with the team up 42-10, but McKnight looked way too indecisive on that punt return and it almost cost USC a turnover.

Not much question about that one I'm afraid. But since they got one so badly wrong earlier, I was kinda hoping ...

24-7 Boise State beats Wyoming. No big surprise after the home loss last week, I figured they'd go in for the kill and they sure did. Wyoming didn't bother to show up, not that I think it would've mattered.

Just looked it up, I was mixing him up with someone else. His season ending injury was a stress fracture in his foot. He is being redshirted as a result.

I'm convinced that these refs don't know what Pass Interference is.. that last one was more of a pass interference then 3-4 they did call!

Yep... in the last 30 seconds. That Woodson guy... he's good. Those folks saying he may be the first pick taken next year may be on to something.

Can't believe UL gave up a 57 yard TD pass to lose the game... wow.

McKnight continues to be unimpressive, tonight. He just fumbled a swing pass which Nebraska recovered.

Not surprising after seeing how their defense played against MTSU

436 yards throwing for Ryan.

Ga Tech needs a fumble or a pick. Even a FG makes it a 2 TD game

Radii if you guys score with 3-4 minutes left, do you onside kick? I think you have to, with the way Ryan moves the ball. 3 minutes or so left, you probably won't get the ball back

3rd and 16 or so, USC is trying to work the clock and Nebraska must know this, yet Stafon Johnson gets about 20 yards for a 1st down. USC with over 300 yards rushing now and averaging over 10 ypc.

Its too late to matter now, but I say no, but really, Tech's passing game just isn't good enough to pull this off even if the defense could have held.

Allen Bradford with a nice stiff arm on a 6 yard TD run. 49-17.

Don't count out Wake. They played BC tough in the opener and could end up in the mix depending on when Riley Skinner gets back on the field.

They need to beat Clemson AND BC to lose one (if they tie BC, BC takes the tiebreaker)

Wake also has a significantly easier schedule than BC. BC plays Miami and Va Tech in addition to Ga Tech, while Wake gets Duke, Virginia, and North Carolina.

3 things I take out of the USC - Nebraska game

1) Still not sure about our pass defense. Keller pretty much had a 10 yard completion whenever he wanted it all game. Run defense against a good running team is a bright spot, but if we can't stop anyone through the air we ain't as good as advertised.

2) Offensive line is going to be a lot better than I thought, even with all the injuries. If they can open holes like that all year, the offense is going to be really tough to stop. Stafon Johnson is a great natural runner and hopefully we can finally get a true number 1 back for the rest of the season.

3) Bill Callahan is still a terrible, terrible offensive coach. The turning point of the game was the two drives when Keller had the defense on the run and he persisted in running Lucky into the line for losses and 2 yard gains. Could have been a shootout if he had just let Keller stay in rhythm.

What's up with Brennan's backups? Despite the long TD pass tonight, they've looked pretty bad this year. Any of them set to take over next season?

If you asked that last season, most people were comfortable with Graunke taking over. This season, not so much.

Got bored with the USC Nebraska game, so I switched it to the Arkansas-Alabama game. Houston Nutt is an absolute MORON. He somehow managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Or maybe Nick Saban really is the spawn of Satan as most Miami Dolphin fans like to believe.
