One more thing. I read back over the schedule, and we decided to keep the time limit at 4 hours unless we didn't finish the scheduled round for that day. We'll, we're ahead of schedule, so we will stay at 4 hours per pick.

I don't see how we can do that. Each pick is a seperate entity in my eyes. It sucks that it will possibly delay us for another 4 hours, but that is the downside of the forum draft.

Just lending my words of support for what Sachmo said. I think each pick is a seperate entity and one shouldn't be punished for an earlier miss. Lathum hasn't missed any picks before now (to my knowledge) and I think he should be given the same latitude as any other pick. However, if any owner develops a pattern of missing picks, then that would be a problem that should be handled on an individual basis.
