did anyone see cold pizza today where they were saying the Suns have the Hawks first round pick as long as it isn't a top 3 and they are slated for number 4

Aye, and that was one of the main reasons that the one Hawks owner didn't want to do the Joe Johnson trade.

I wish I had a gun so I could go outside and fire it into the air. I guess I'll have to settle for throwing my dog into the air, and hoping she barks really loud (just kidding).

If Houston make it, I reckon the Warriors will just take their lumps with Yao and push the ball and try and run up the score. Would be tough for the Rockets to keep up, especially if the Warriors fire like they have this series.

Congrats to the Warriors and all their fans. I've never seen a team as good as Dallas play as bad as they did in this series, but that doesn't take anything away with Golden State. They played with passion and heart and deserved to win.

Holy crap that was awesome. I have to say though, that I think I'd rather play a team like Utah, who doesn't have a "real" center. I think that Yao will be a difficult matchup for anyone -- he doesn't put the ball on the floor as much as Dirk, and doesn't get the ball so far outside. Our smaller and quicker players aren't going to help if he's getting the ball right up close, and I don't think Biedrins can hang yet. Not to mention some McGrady guy...AK-47 and Boozer, on the other hand, don't worry me as much.

Either way, they will be a bit tired from game 7, and we get until Monday to rest.

I like the Mavs somewhat, so I'm sorry to see them lose. But as a Cavs fan, I'm happy every time a team I think they would have trouble with loses. I can't believe the Nets/Raptors series is only in game 6 tonight....sigh.

I don't think the Warriors will have trouble with either the Jazz or the Rockets the next round. I think the Rockets will be alittle tougher because they seem alittle more athletic than the Jazz, but either way I'm not scared. I think we matchup pretty well against the Suns if we were to play them in the Western Conference finals, but the team I'm truely scared to play against is the Spurs. I really hope Phoenix can finish them off. The Spurs just always seem to find ways to win.

Through to the Western Conference Finals--Yes. I honestly don't think we can beat either the Suns or Spurs, I just know we matchup better against the Suns.

Yeah, that's the final fallout from the Joe Johnson trade a few summers back. Atlanta will pick no worse than 7th, although they do have a decent chance of picking in the top 3.

Edit...it's like a 33% chance of getting a top 3 pick.
