Stupid stupid play by Desmond Reed. USC is lucky to still have the ball. What is it with my teams and stupid plays on punts..

You know, every time I see a Louisville Cheerleader all I comes to mind is that "playful" Cardinal Cheerleader with the pictures that ended up online from when was it, last year.

Still 0-0 in Boise. Wyoming's defense is ranked #10 in the nation and it's showing today. Ian Johnson isn't getting much done. But if Wyoming could actually get on the board and get that crowd out of it, it's a winnable game.

False start, Wyoming. Penalties are killing them. First a 15-yard facemask and now a false start. Ugh. Boise is apparently too loud for them.

I understand Joe McKnight is a great talent, and he was probably promised a role during recruiting, but if he can't make a catch on a screen play he shouldn't be out there.

There is also a very worrying trend developing where Idaho and Nebraska have had great success with short three step drop passes. Seems like the coverage is very loose zone most of the time.

Ryan in the first half, 13-17, 233 yards, 1 TD.

Sick.

Hell, maybe send him to the Falcons next year

Agreed. USC has the talent in the secondary to play tighter M2M and needs to start doing so very soon.

Nice 2 yard pass on 3rd and 13. It may be time to check out USC/Nebraska for a bit!

I definitely didn't expect USC/Nebraska to be the tighter game.

Sometime about now would be real nice. We also seem to have a lack of plays that don't involve Terrell Thomas blitzing and leaving the slot receiver wide open for a 15-20 yard gain.

I'd argue USC's run defense is looking very impressive. Their front 7 are amazing even with Cushing out injured.

Agreed. This is another step for the program and really helping build the confidence that this is going to be a team to be reckoned with moving forward, not just a flash-in-the-pan from last year.

I honestly expected them to play a little lame and win by maybe 20 points, it was good to see them simply roll. My confidence about this season keeps growing.

I won't argue against that. But a supposed great back such as Lucky should get more than 3 yards and a cloud of dust. If he even gets 3 yards.

Wow... Duke smacking Northwestern around early in the 2nd quarter.

Just what the Big 10 needs.

I am hoping Duke's losing streak would get broken against Notre Dame. How awesome would that be?

Who is Tyler Donovan? Isn't 9th year senior John Stocco still their starting QB?

I gotta admit that I am impressed with Andre Woodson and Kentucky's offense. I suspect they'll knock off one or two of the SEC big boys this season.

About time USC got back to running it. They did it so well the 1st drive and then abandoned it for the most part on the 2nd drive.

Havili with a rushing TD!!! 5 or 6 runs to cover 45 yards. USC already is approaching 150 yards on the ground midway in the 2nd quarter.

Wyoming punted 7 times in the 1st half. Despite that, the score is only 7-0, Boise State.

I know this has been a final for a bit but I am really disappointed that UCLA lost to Utah. I liked what they had on defense...but it looks like the defense from the Emerald Bowl showed up this week.

I'm all for balanced play calling, but when you're averaging almost 13 ypc rushing maybe USC should stick with that.

Pete Carroll sometimes strikes me as coaching the way I somtimes play a video game...

"I've got some killer rushing stats... let's work on the passing stats now."

USC's offensive line is creating some huge holes. USC has about 200 yards rushing in the 1st half and Stafon Johnson just ran it in for a TD untouched. 21-10.
