Wow, I just noticed this, but even though this team is much worse than I am, he expanded his stadium already. 9200 spectators...woo-hoo!

He scored 3 goals

Fighting´s best player was Manuel Bossio. Daniel Mughal on the other hand, had a terrible day.

What will be left of Mughal...

Square Pegs hold on 1 - 0 with mostly top players sitting this one out.

Midfield: disastrous
Right Side Defence: passable
Central Defence: solid
Left Side Defence: passable

Right Side Attack: weak
Central Attack: poor
Left Side Attack: poor

Defense wasn't too bad for who I had out there.

The match is in progress, 46 minutes of the second half have been played.
A scorching day at kocsport Arena, where 4125 spectators were in place for today´s match. kocsport had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. Lineup: Nedermar - Sanford, Williams, Capps, Obrien - Miquel, Cornell, Holm, Bourque - Irizarry, Kaliappan.

Bamas had chosen a strategic 5-4-1 formation. The following players had been chosen: Eden - Morton, Werner, Abernathy, Stump, Hauser - Gee, Wei-Guo, Burnette, Donnelly - Graf.

Bamas´s Erwin Werner could have put the guests one up in the 19:th minute, chasing a through ball but Ulf Nedermar was fast as a snake, grabbing the ball from under his nose. Halftime score was 0 - 0. The fortyfive minutes were dominated by Bamas, with an impressive 70 percent possession of the ball.

Bamas, bringing the final ball possession rate to 70 percent, dominated the battle.

After the regular 90 minutes, the agonizing of overtime followed.

The most boring game I have ever seen. I love 5-4-1!

Home field advantage got him, I'd say.

I have no idea, how did he dominate when my squad appeared much better nearly everywhere? maybe the hattrick gods will give me my 17 year old solid keeper to get me out of debt. Or maybe I will have to sell Daniel Mughals Kidneys.... or both...

Hey, you're not copying my gameplan are you...

Exactly what I always look to do with my team, load up the defense, pray for goal, and sit tight for what's hopefully 90 minutes of boring soccer.

The only way my games can become exciting is if the other team is beating the hell outta me.

It might be boring, but it's got me to round 3.

A scorching day at Detroit Field, where 7000 spectators were in place for today´s match. Detroit started off with a 4-4-2 lineup. They fielded: Broome - Kolb, Lackey, Moore, Saylor - Abad, Gifford, Cavanaugh, Kelly - Delgado, Tuttle.

McGees started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. Lineup: Kuykendall - Wood, Dillon, Cordero - Duckworth, Amos, Churchill, Millet, Taylor - Dunbar, Hyun-Suk.

McGees´s Paul Dillon gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead in the 8:th minute with a superb strike from the right. McGees's Thad Amos scored 0 - 2 by shooting accurately and hard from a long distance, leaving the opponent goalie no other option than to pick up the ball from the net. In the 30:th minute the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 3 as Thad Amos finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Some fine manouvering on the left lead to an 33rd minute McGees goal, making it 0 - 4. Jed Churchill was noted down as the scorer. By now McGees were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. 0 - 4 was the half-time score. McGees held the ball, with a clear 69 percent possession rate.

An indecisive goaltender looked on as a free kick by McGees´s Allan Cordero put the visitors up 0 - 5 after 67 minutes. Fred Dunbar increased the visitors lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 6. The referee showed Detroits Daniel Kelly the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Wen Hyun-Suk didn´t pace himself at all, and after a series of daring offensive runs he was too tired to help out in the defensive play. McGees´s Wen Hyun-Suk received a play slashing through the home side´s defense in the 79:th minute, chipping it past the keeper scoring 0 - 7. The home crowd was not pleased with that one. Jamie Duckworth increased the visitors lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 8. McGees held the ball, with a clear 83 percent possession rate.

The most dominating Detroit player was without a doubt Emery Cavanaugh. However, William Moore made a disastrous appearance. Most important McGees player was Dagoberto Millet. Jed Churchill on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 8.

Detroit Kickers
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: wretched
Right Side Defence: weak
Central Defence: weak
Left Side Defence: weak
Right Side Attack: poor
Central Attack: weak
Left Side Attack: poor

McGees
Player rating and Team formation
Midfield: weak
Right Side Defence: inadequate
Central Defence: solid
Left Side Defence: passable
Right Side Attack: inadequate
Central Attack: weak
Left Side Attack: weak

Not too bad of a performance.

At least my youth pull made an acceptable debut. I'll take what I can get!

Hey Superbama, where's your team on the officialish list (dacman's list) I don't see it in there and it's not on my rankings either.

Do you wanna be ranked? Wouldn't see why not...

Unless you tell me otherwise, I'll add your team to my database and start computing some ratings to rank your team...
